The vendor that provides the UpToDate database requires you to re-verify your affiliation with Roseman once every 90 days in order to maintain uninterrupted access. 

You should receive in-app and email messages to remind you to log in to UpToDate from your organization's network to re-verify your affiliation. When receiving these messages you should be sure to log in to UpToDate from Roseman Library's UpToDate  link on our All Databases and Resources  page to maintain access.

If you have missed this 90-day window, library staff is unable to do this for you. You will need to contact UpToDate support.
