Some journals, like JAMA and NEJM, recognize the wifi and internet addresses for our campus as a subscriber and give anyone using them immediate access to the full-text materials. When you are off campus, they require you to use our secured access links to prove that you have subscription access.
If you know what journal the article is published in, the fastest way to get the full-text off campus is to search the journal in the search box on our library homepage or use the library's Find Journals By Title search.
